I have loved cooking ever since I helped my mom and dad in the kitchen when I was a little girl. I have a serious addiction to cake, so I bake a lot. I do cook a lot of italian and mexican food, though. Plus any requests my family might have I'll try out. For as long as I can remember my mom has made homemade tortillas. They have to be the best thing I have ever eaten, I could live off those things. I always used to help her make them when I was younger and now that I have the recipe I make them for her. I made a pineapple upside down cake for the first time ever for my grandfather's birthday and it turned out really well and everyone loved it. I tried to make a blackberry pie and it turned into an oozing mess. I don't do pies now.
