Pasta Bake
I love this recipe. I also used Sweet Italian sausage which gave the pasta a little more flavor. A great easy meal.

Four Cheese Macaroni
We love this recipe at my house. I have used Rotini and whole wheat pasta as well which make it have a little different taste. I also use whatever four cheeses I have on hand (usually sharp and mild cheddar, colby, and monterey jack cheeses). My family loves this recipe we have it at least once a month.

Chocolate Mint Dessert Brownies
I made this for a work party and it was a huge hit. You need to be prepared to spend a little time on them though since they do have three layers and a little wait time between making each layer.
