This recipe is super! Not too sweet and light and fluffy! Instead of butter, I substituted "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and it worked wonderfully!

I tried this recipe as is, no changes whatsoever, and it is THE BEST sugar cookie recipe I have ever made. This will definitely be my new sugar cooking recipe. One note of caution, the recipe works best w/simple cookie cut-outs such as candy canes and bells. Large, detailed cut-outs do not hold their form and the dough bleeds while baking.
