No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Quick. Easy. Delicious. I cut butter down to 2/3 cup. Also heaping 1/2 cup peanut butter. Turned out great. I made them 2 times already this week. Thank you for the recipe.

My family loves this recipe. I use 3 pounds of hamburger and put in a slow cooker. Comparing this recipe to canned is like comparing store bought applesauce to homemade.

Easy Iced Coffee

Followed suggestion to use 1 3/4 cup milk, 3 Tbsp instant coffee, 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar or Splenda, 2 Tbsp vanilla creamer -also wonderful with white chocolate raspberry! I am hooked! Delicious!

Macaroni Salad

I have been looking for a great macaroni salad recipe for a while and this one is wonderful. My husband loved it. I did have to add more dressing as it did get dry with the full amount of macaroni used in the salad. Otherwise, a keeper.

Grilled Chicken and Potato Foil Packs

My family loved this recipe. I used rice vinegar instead. I think it added a little something without being overpowering. I also used foil pie pans. So easy, no mess. Thanks for the great grilling recipe!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Wonderful!! Excellent appetizer. My husband gave them a 10. And he usually doesn't like "hot" foods. My tip would be to cook on foil, on medium low heat for about 10-15 minutes, and let stand at room temp for about 5-10 minutes. We thought that it enhanced the flavor. Will absolutely make again.
