Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Delicious Soup is delicious! I added corn and used broth instead of bouillon & water but otherwise made as presented and everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe, it's definitely a keeper.

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini
This was great. I used Alfredo Sauce from Rebecca's recipe on this site, and also tossed in some of the sun dried tomatoes I've been making (also with advice from AR!). Very yummy. Thanks so much.

Butternut Squash Supreme
I'm not a big fan of sweet squash recipes, so I really like this. I like to use chipotle cheddar and sometimes I mix in some Italian sausage, too.
