Curried Coconut Chicken
YUM! I added some veggies (carrots, potatoes and peas) and just realized I forgot the sugar, but it was wonderful. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Crawfish Chowder
This was so good. I doubled the corn and cream cheese, and ended up using old bay and cajun seasoning (next time I'll just use the cayenne). Very easy and absolutely delicious. I'll be making this again and again.

Green Bean Stir-Fry
Let me start by saying that there are maybe two foods in the universe that everyone in my family will eat. Since finding this recipe, I can make it three. I thought it needed low-sodium soy sauce (because it was a bit salty) and I'd like an idea for thinning out the peanut butter a bit so the sauce wouldn't be quite so thick, but my entire family raved at me not to change anything, just to make more next time. I'm a little stunned at what a huge hit it was. (I caught my stepson licking the empty bowl, having fought off my daughters for the privilege.) Thanks loads!
