Not bad. My husband and my 7 year old love brussel sprouts. Me and my 4 year old are not the hugest fans . . . but we both ate them prepared this way. My 4 year old ate 4 of them which was a MIRACLE! And I even ate a few. This is the best way I have ever tried them. (I did add more broth)

DELICIOUS!! I made just as written and it was fabulous. I brought it to a family party and it was the only only dish scraped clean and 5 people asked me for the recipe.

Holly Shmolly this was good!! I am not a big beef eater, but I do like the occasional french dip. I've never tried to make it before and now I would say this is one of my favorite foods. Both my 7 and my 3 year old cleaned their plate. They LOVED it! I followed recipe exact except I sliced my meat an hour before serving and I used a sirloin top roast.
