Simple Arrabbiata Sauce
I was looking for something easy to make with some pantry items I had on hand. This definitely fit the bill. It was quick and easy. I used it on some frozen 4 cheese raviolis I had and it tasted delicious!

Nat's Shrimp and Veggie Stuffed Zucchini
It turend out a bit bland and didn't have the texture I was looking for. It turned out very mushy.

Hummingbird Cake I
It was a very tasty cake. I wish the pineapple flavor came out a little bit more, but everyone gobbled it up. I added a cream cheese glaze on top.
