Aunt Gail's Oatmeal Lace Cookies
Good flavor not quite a lace cookie though. I realized after making them that for that fine thin texture I wanted, melted butter is a must.

My Best Clam Chowder
Cooking potatoes in the clam juice soaks it up and makes the rest of the soup lack any real clam flavor. Waay too much flour, that was all I could really taste. Recipe lacks any real flavor, which is obvious by looking at the recipe after making a quality clam chowder.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Decadently delicious and equally aesthetically pleasing. It turned my roommate, who hates cheesecake, into a fan.
