Sauteed Garlic Asparagus
Very good! I didnt cover the asparagus while i cooked it because i didnt want it to get soggy and I added an extra couple cloves of garlic (first time i made it I couldnt taste it too much with the 3 cloves) sprinkled it with parmesan when done cooking. My boyfriend loved it! definitely a keeper.

Garlic Fried Rice
Very good recipe! Like everyone else, I added 1 Tbs butter and some extra garlic. After the garlic and onions I added some frozen carrots and peas, just let them cook for about a min, they thaw fast. Then I added 1 egg and made sure it was cooked and well distributed before adding the rice. Turned out great! Everyone had seconds, didnt have any leftovers.
