Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
I made these tonight for dinner and I wish I had made more for leftovers! They were fantastic! Truly tasty and could be cut with a fork. I did cut the oil and butter to half. Also mixed 2 Tbsp of worchester sauce with 2 Tbsp soy sauce and then mixed 1 Tbsp with the halved butter/oil and it was plenty of liquid. SO yummy! This will be a regular from now on.

Cold Day Chili
I have to admit, I wondered how good this recipe could be, since most recipes I've seen for chili seem to be more involved and take a lot longer. I was looking for quick dinner ideas, since I have two boys under 3 and cooking time is limited these days. My husband loves chili, and is always looking for the perfect recipe. I think I found it! This recipe is so easy! At first it just looked like meat and beans, I didn't think it had enough liquid and I was going to add some tomato sauce, but I'm glad I didn't, because after simmering for half an hour it was perfect! I used diced tomotoes with basil and oregano, and Grey Poupon Country Dijon (never heard of mustard in chili-boy was I pleasantly surprised!) and it turned out perfect. My husband and I fought over the leftovers the next day, so next time I'll double it. Thanks for a terrific, tasty and so simple recipe!
