Pears Covered with Chocolate
okay not satisfying as a dessert. Perhaps a snack midday that is a bit sweeter than fruit.

Lemon Chicken Soup II
It was okay for a lunch, but I probably would not make it again. however, I may be tainted by my husband's excellent chicken soup.

Rosy's Palak Paneer
This recipe was very good. Although, I agree it is different than palak paneer in a restaurant. I added the two dashes of cayenne pepper as recommended by someone else as well as a bit more spinach.
