Pumpkin Bread IV

great easy recipe. Mine took a little longer than I thought, maybe about 75mins. Very good though. I added about 1/2cup of raisins to it and it was great.

Breakfast Casserole I

great easy recipe. I made it a day ahead of time & kept it in the fridge & cooked it for New Years brunch...so many compliments. It baked up perfectly. I did make my own arrangement by adding mushrooms & spinach.

Coconut Shrimp I

This recipes was so easy to make and the results were fantastic. I was so surprised how well the batter stayed on te shrimp while frying. I made a dipping sauce using honey and spicy brown mustard which worked really nice with it.
