Great recipe. I added 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon water. I added the chocolate chips and marshmellows to one batch. The second batch I added walnuts. This is the easy way of making cookies in a hurry. Will do them again.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

This recipe was great, however I added my own touch to the original recipe. I omitted the lettuce and added a can of chilli to the refried beans. I also used petite diced tomatoes from a can...they are softer. It was so good that unfortunately I had no leftovers.

Homemade Banana Pudding Pie

This was an excellent recipe. I did use only 3/4 cups of sugar for the pudding and it was still sweet. I also added 1 tablespoon of corn starch. As I was stirring the original recipe my pudding was not thickening. I made one batch on Friday and had to make another batch on Saturday. My grandkids kept coming back for more "Nana Pudding" as they call it. Of course I'm Nana also. They loved the pudding and now I acquired the name of "Nana Ana Banana Pudding". Thank you for a great recipe.

Seven Layer Gelatin Salad

Nice recipe. I used 6 different flavors and added fruit to some of the layers. Pineapple with lemon jello, mandarin oranges with the orange jello, strawberries with the strawberry jello. I added the evaporated milk to the layers with the fruit. It was beautiful, fun to make and tasty too.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This is the best Nana bread I have ever made. Great recipe. I didn't add or subtract anything from the recipe. I do agree that the sliced bananas turn purple, but they still taste good. Next time I will try mashing them. My grandkids love this bread any old way I make it.

Snowballs

My dough was a little dry and they wouldn't take form. I added some water to the mix and they were perfect. My mistake was perhaps melting the butter and then mixing it with the sugar. I don't know what went wrong with the dough, but howerver they were a success. I love the taste of them and will share my batch with my whole family.

Coquito

I made a big batch of this for our christmas party and it was a hit. I only used three eggs and didn't even cook them. I beat them with some of the milk and presto! I mixed it in separate batches in my blender. I used to have my own recipe for coquito, but I am putting it to rest. Thank you Brandy for your recipe.

Sugar Free Strawberry Jiffy Jam

This is the best jam I have ever made. Love the fact it is sugar free and I can eat lots of it. It has been a steady hit at home and the office since I first made it. Great consistency.

Coconut Flan

This flan turned out very well. I followed the recipe exactly except I add 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract. I think the almond extract enhanced the coconut taste and made it delicious.

Heather's Best Ever Baked Chicken

I followed the recipe and marinated the chicken for a couple of hours. I added garlic salt and garlic powder instead of sage and salt. I also added a little bit of water in the pan. The chicken was moist, tasty and simply wonderful. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

I was a little skeptical about this recipe because we always eat our fish breaded. It was the best fish I've had in a while. My husband just had to have another piece. I seasoned the fish individually with garlic salt and powder, dipped it in butter and I sprinkled lemon juice and pepper before baking it. I served it with buttered garlic boiled potatoes and buttered corn. It was a great meal and it took me 45 minutes to put together.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

I made this bread for my family post Christmas. Everyone loved it. I followed the recipe and it turned out very moist. Very good and great texture. I will be making this bread again this very week. Next year I will make it with real pumpkin pulp.

Easy Turkey Gravy

This is the first gravy I have made ever and it was the easiest one. I fixed it for our office luncheon and it was a hit. I made a little adjustment by using two cups of chicken broth and three cups of turkey drippings. I will add this gravy for my family Thanksgiving dinner next week.

Pineapple Cranberry Punch

I fixed this punch for the office party and everyone loved it. I froze the crushed pineapple in a silicone bundt cake pan. It came out very easily and looked very pretty in the bowl. I am getting ready to make this punch again this year.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This recipe was very good. My family enjoyed it very much. I did do some changes. I butterflied my chicken breast and I lightly seasoned the chicken. I mixed the mustard and honey and poured it over and baked it. I turned them around halfway to get the other side colorful. At that point I wrapped the bacon all around and put the cheese over it. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. It was a hit. I will make this again.

Green Punch

This punch really didn't need the extra sugar. It was very sweet. I also molded 2 cups of the green guck with a 20 oz can of crushed pineapples and I let it float in the punch. It made it look pretty and it was nice to get the fruit.

Black Halloween Punch

I served this punch for Halloween and it was a hit. I used less sugar in the punch but added sugar to the water in the gloves. So when the hands melted the punch maintained it's sweetness and was not over the punch. The hands gave it the spooky look. It was a fun punch.

Bread Pudding I

I have made this several times and it turns out great. I also used one less egg so that it wouldn't taste like egg so much. I added more cinnamon and more raisins also. This is great for all times of the year.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

I tried this recipe and it was the easiest one to make. The original recipe calls for too little peanuts. I used one cup and next time I will use more. It was a good easy recipe.
