Marinated Baked Pork Chops
This was very tasty and so simple. The flavors blended so well. I did add a clove of garlic because I use garlic in almost everything I cook. But otherwise, I wouldn't change the recipe at all. Next time I am going to try it with chicken.

Curried Coconut Chicken
This was a very flavorful dish that my husband and even 19 month old enjoyed. It is excellent served over rice. Personally, I would cut down on the amount of liquids added at the end, and bump up the amount of curry and garlic for a bit more spiciness. But a very tasty meal.

Potato Salmon Patties
Has good flavor but they fall apart every time. It's too frustrating
