Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup
How easy was this!! Next time I will chop the veggies the night before to save some time as I'm always tight for it in the morning but the flavor was excellent and it the lentils were a perfect consistency. Very nice fall and winter dish, so nice to come home from work and enjoy this hearty meal instantly.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
The rub created an excellent flavor and the roast was nice and most. Even the leftovers were not dried out. I've had friends over when making this roast and they all loved it and asked me to make this again.

Candy Bar Freezer Dessert
Wow, did I get great reviews on this one! I just sent e-mails out with this recipe to all the friends. Here in Canada we don't have the Pecan Butter Icecream or the Butterfinger candy bars but it did just fine with a Caramel Fudge Swirl Icecream and crumbled Skor bars. Delish - and a little crunchy too!
