Raspberry Lemon Muffins
Tasty and easy! I used berry yogurt, because that's is what I had in the house, and they're great.

Flaky Food Processor Pie Crust
Crust tasted good, and using the food processor was magic, but I had to add several extra Tablespoons of water for it to come together well.

Peanut Beef Stir-Fry
enjoyed it a lot! The sauce was not as peanut buttery as I thought it might be, but still had good taste and came together quickly.
