So GOOD! I didn't have a oven bag so I just covered it with foil. I didn't add ginger since my hubby dosen't like it. Will make this again!

Rainbow Sherbet Cake

Instead of sherbet, I used strawberry ice cream (softened) and then after I iced w/ whipped topping I garnished with real strawberries. SO GOOD!

I didn't use the spinich or broccoli, instead I added sausage and hamburger (my husband's not a big veggie eatter) I also made one with diced ham and pineapple, It was also good! I added extra cheese too!

Cocktail Meatballs IV

Wonderful! Everybody loves these. I used a 4 lb. bag of frozen meatballs, a 32 oz. jar of grape jam, a 12 oz. jar of chili sauce and 2 Tbsp. mustsard and 2 tsp. of liquid smoke. I just heated them on low until they were nice and hot! They will be great in a crockpot too!!

These were great! I used the low fat choc. cake mix recipe and nofat cream cheese and whip topping and no sugar cherry pie filling. You couldn't tell these were low sugar and fat! They were wonderful and a huge hit!

Bacon Cheeseburger Cake

I followed the recipe for the cake "buns" and brownie "burger". I used a fondant recipe for the lettuce, tomato, cheese, Tic Tacs for the "seeds" and I mixed store bought frosting to make the colors for the bun and burger. My son LOVED this cake for his birthday and he is 14! It is VERY rich, so make the pieces small!

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

This was the best apple streusel pie I have made! I used locally grown apples that were green and tart and put them in a normal pie pan and just piled the 5 cups of apples HIGH! After about 15 mins. I added the topping by pressing it on the apples (no sprinkling allowed with the tall pies!) I baked it about 50-60 minutes to make sure it was totally done. It was awesome! I am entering this pie in an upcoming local pie contest!

Ribboned Fudge Cake

This cake was sooo good! It does taste like a cheesecake brownie! I followed the directions to a "T" and it turned out wonderful! It was even good the next day after getting it out of the fridge!

I think I did something wrong because the dough was a little wet, so they didn't come out pretty. I substitued fresh blueberries instead of the raisins. They tasted out of this world, so I will make these again!

Creamy Pesto Pasta Salad with Chicken, Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

This is my new favorite pasta salad. As others sugguested I left out the chicken and used a 12oz box of pasta rather than 16oz. I used about 2/3 cup of store bought pesto and then added some chopped fresh basil leaves. I also bought buttermilk ranch dressing instead of making the buttermilk dressing in this recipe. I put it on the side, just in case people didn't want it on the salad. (Because it is really good with just the pesto) Everyone added it anyway and LOVED IT! This is a keeper!
