Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
This was very delicious. I did changes though. I wanted to make it faster and easier, so I omited the egg, milk ect. that was added to the ground beef. I cooked the beef with onion and 1 chopped garlic clove and garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. I boiled the cabbage as suggested and doubled the sauce. I felt like the sauce needed a little something, so I added garlic powder and pamesan cheese. I covered with foil and baked for 30 min on 350. Delicious :) Thanks BJ.

Pleasant Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
This was very simple and delicious. I added a tablespoon or so of flour into my sour cream to thicken it. I also used smoked paprika for a little different taste. I will make this again. Thanks Clyde for the recipe.

Classic Waffles

This recipe was very heavy. I did not care for this one. I like a lighter fluffier waffle.

Baked Pork Chops I

D-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s! This was very good. My kids even liked it...which is rare.I didn't have an 1 1/2 hrs to make this, so i browned them good and turned the oven up to 375 and baked them for about 30 minutes. I heated the cream of mushroom gravy mixture and poured that on top during the last few minutes of baking. It was great. You don't need all that time to cook this. Great recipe. Thanks.

Peanut Butter Balls V

OMG! These are SO good! I haven't even dipped them in chocolate yet and they are delicious!A trick for getting them to stick together is to use a food processor to finely grade the nuts and graham crackers. Also, it helps to mold them with your fingers verses rolling them in your palm.Im dipping them in milk chocolate.Thank you so much for this recipe...i just know Im gonna gain 10 pounds! yum yum yum!

Chicken and Dumplings III

I didn't think this had much taste to it. The dough makes it too starchy? I would suggest using the noodle type dumplings (annie mae's)My family didn't care for this dish. sorry

Thai Pork Satay

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This was soooo delicious. I served these to my neighbor who is from Thailand and she thought it was very good as well. The water chestnuts break in half when you try to put them on the stick, so I used a toothpick to make a hole in them first so they wouldn't break.

Banana Cream Cheesecake

It was good. But I didn't think it was good enough for all the effort and time it took to make. My husband did love it though! I think it might be better if there were chuncks of bananas through it.
