The most recent success: Copy Cat Rasta Pasta I like to cook soups the most, I love trying new things in my slow cooker, I'm newly on a lo-cal kick (too much cooking after the wedding), and I'm trying fish and seafood. My big Italian family's traditions are making homemade ravioli and pizzeli's for Christmas. Pot Roast, Ranch Baked Chicken, Enchiladas, Pasta Salad, Andes Mints Cookies, Rasta Pasta, Smoked Turkey, Onion Cheddar Biscuits, Anything with Kielbasa, Spicy Chicken Casserole with Cornbread... Meat"pile", Crab Artichoke Cassarole, chicken in the crockpot (any kind gets dry and stringy for me), Cabbage and Kielbasa Skillet, Brined Turkey... You name it, I've probably ruined it.
