Jalapeno Popper Spread
Oh wow! I've just made this for a Father's Day BBQ and I'm afraid it won't actually make it to the BBQ! My family can't keep thier paws out of it! I tweaked it just a little bit. I added a sprinkle of garlic powder, a little salt and pepper, used the entire 4 oz can of jalapenos, added half of a 4 oz package of shredded parmesan to the mix, topped it with bread crumbs, sprnkled the rest of the shredded parmesan to the top, and baked it. If there's any left, I'll stick it in the microwave for a little bit when I get to the party. But at this rate, it's SO good, I'm just not sure there'll be any left.
