Best Bruschetta Ever
Oh man - best bruchetta ever is NO JOKE! I made a quadruple batch and it was gone faster than I could cut the bread to go with it! Some said that it was too garlicky, but most thought that it was just right!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
I did not eat this but made it for my husband and friends. All said that it was wonderful. Best of all, my husband (who only mildly likes salmon) said that he would have eaten more if it had been there. Definitely a keeper!

Broccoli Rice Casserole
I thought this was really good! I'm not a fan of celery (at all!) but it added a really good flavor to the rice. Next time I might make it a little less creamy, but other than that it was delicious!
