I am the proud wife of an American soldier. He will someday be a chaplain in the United States Army. I love Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Korean food. Italian is pretty good too, and I've had great Tex-Mex here in DFW. The family eggrolls! My dad got a recipe from a sweet Vietnamese lady who worked for him. It brings the whole family together. I have successfully made cheesecake, homemade apple pie, and cream puffs. I can't wait to take a pastry class! Baked potatoes... one exploded in my oven, and I forgot to clean it out before using the oven again. The whole house smelled like burnt potato for two days. I ALWAYS prick potatoes now.
