I went to a one year Baking & Pastry Arts program outside of Buffalo, NY. I worked as both a cake decorator and restaurant pastry chef, but currently work in customer service (hey, it's easier with a small child.) But, I LOVE to bake still! Cookies, desserts, cakes, Italian foods Christmas cookies, my grandmother's balsamic vinegar chicken, my mother's pesto Created a few recipes that I think are pretty darn good! Check out T.T.'s cookies! My friend Annette and I created that one on a Tuesday after having some Tequila. Hence, the T.T-- for "Tequila Tuesday!" HA!
