Busy Mom Peach Cobbler
Way too sweet. I made this using 1/2 cup sugar in the batter, 1 tablespoon in the peaches and 1 tablespoon sprinkled on top. It had the perfect sweetness and I could actually taste the peaches.

Lemon Cake Roll
The recipe may deserve 5 stars. The cake maker (me) may be the reason for the 3 stars. My cake was tough which indicates that I probable stirred the batter too much. Also the cake part did not bake up evenly as it was too thick in the center. Next time I will spread the batter more towards the corners and the sides. I cut the sugar (why does every recipe call for A CUP of sugar?) I used about 3/4 cup in the cake and 2/3 cup in the filling. I think the filling was still a little too sweet. I like to taste food, not sugar. OK, there's a reason for 3 stars - too much sugar.

Lime Daiquiri
I think the first reviewer made the same mistake that I made. The recipe should read "1 6oz can". When I made this recipe for the first time at my cousin's home, my cousin, Ruth, said she did not realize that limeade came in a 6 oz size. Apparently, the person who posted this recipe didn't either. This recipe is very good using 6 ounces of limeade. I will use it again.
