About this Cook
I am a mother of two active boys. I love to cook and bake. I am a tad unorganized, but I want to be better.
My favorite things to cook
Bread. I love a good home made loaf. Other than that I like goodies of all sorts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I like to bake with Isaac, my eldest. He is such a sweet kid, and he loves to help.
My cooking tragedies
Anytime you forget to add salt.

Raspberry Lemon Marmalade
I loved the simplicity of this recipe. I used frozen berries and lemons from our tree. My only problem was that I wasn't sure what size of lemons to use. I ended up using 4 large ones and it worked great. My family likes things tart tough so if you want a sweet taste use medium lemons. Thanks for sharing!

Neat Sloppy Joes
I loved this, so did my kids. I saw the other comments and used less brown sugar (about 1 Tbl). Since I didn't have tomato soup I used a can of sauce. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Jeanie's Falafel
My beans might have been too moist, but my falafels just disintergrated in the oil. The taste and smell were great though.
