The very first meal I made for my boyfriend (now husband) was Entomatadas which is Enchiladas with tomato sauce poured over it. I was so very nervous that I almost threw them away before he came home. When he finally came home he tried them and loved them! He ate all of them! He couldn't believe I was about to throw them away. Ive been cooking for him now for over 9 years, and he still hasn't complained.
