Drunk Chicken
We just bought a holder a few weeks ago, This chicken is sooo good. I put celery and onions and garlic in both cavities. Our first drunken chicken was a treat to say the least. The outside was nice and crispy and the inside was so tender and juicy. Everyone's hints where great. Thank you Max for the thumps up in this one. Jazz

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever
I Love this recipe. The only thing I did different, was I kept my zuc & onions quartered & not finlly chopped. I have passed it on & everyone loves it also. I could eat this in place of meat anytime. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Chili IV
I made this last week and Hubby & I both love it. The only thing I changed was I added 2 cans of crush tomatoes, 28oz cans. We just can't eat as spicy of foods as we used to.. It is a great recipe. Thanks for sharing. Jazzie..
