Homemade Wonton Soup
I was really impressed with this soup! It's soul warming and incredibly filling.

Eggplant Appetizer
Truly delicious! Husband was very skeptical at first, but he was easily won over. Had for dinner atop of broiled polenta slices. Will also try on toasted baguette slices with fresh moz.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Well. We love brussel sprouts. A lot. However, we were so disappointed by this recipe. My husband wouldn't even touch them....and that's saying something. I'm sure it's gotten rave reviews for a reason, but not in our kitchen.
