I'm a 47 year old grand father of 7. I had to learn to cook as a kid because I was a finicky eater. Now I just love to cook for others. I love to cook with my 5yo grand daugher on the week ends. I'll try to cook just about anything at least one time. My fondest memory of food and always a favorite comfort food for me is potatoes and eggs. This is something that was made for me as a child. “Fry sliced or chunked potatoes until tender and brown, then crack eggs over potatoes and cook until done, salt and pepper to taste. I remember one time when I was about 10, I tried to make my sister in law scrambled eggs and ever time that I tried it came out like a sponge. It took me almost 2 dozen eggs to get it rite and even the dog wouldn’t eat the mistakes.
