I am a mom of 3 and an IT student. My family lives in rural PA where I find myself cooking for several people at once (husband has a large family with many get-togethers).

I love baking cakes and decorating them. I make bread a lot too.

Kneading Bread dough with the kiddos.

Anything that the entire family will all eat (even the picky ones!).

Tacos in Pasta Shells
Pretty good. Needed to add extra sour cream, used taco seasoning instead of chili powder and salt, and will add tomato, cilantro, green onions next time.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
I made this today. It tasted good but the middle wasn't done before the top was browning. I think next time I'll turn the heat down to 325 or 300.
