Spooky Witches Fingers
I didn't use the recipe for the cookie dough since so many people said it was bland. Instead I found another sugar cookie recipe with better reviews, but I did use the idea which worked out great. I do recommend keeping them small (around the size of your pinky finger or smaller) when you roll them because they WILL expand. If you can, keep the dough round as you place the almonds on so the fingers stay as round as possible when they bake.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I made the sauce as directed, but sliced up a few chicken breasts and sauteed them with olive oil and some of the extra spices used to make the sauce. Half the household doesn't care for spicy food so I had the sauce separate as a dip for grilled buffalo chicken wraps. Those of us who like spicy food loved the flavor of the sauce. I'll have to double the recipe next time.

Baked Potato Soup I
I made bread bowls to serve this in, which worked out well. I didn't quite use all the flour or butter the recipe called for. We like a lot more salt and pepper than the recipe stated. Other than that it was pretty good. I also mashed the potatoes a little bit, not a ton, but just enough so that it wasn't just potato chunks floating in milk-based broth.
