My favorite things to cook
Anything baked/roasted/stew. It's one of the easiest things I can think of for dinner. But if not for convenience, I love ASIAN FOOD!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Has to be HMONG eggrolls. They are the hands down best eggrolls ever. I will share them with everyone as soon as I can accurately recall the measurements. You guys know how it is, a good cook just knows how much and what to put in =)

Banana Bread IV
My first attempt at making banana bread and this turned out great! I would, however, add some nutmeg and allspice to the recipe.

Avocado Egg Salad
it was ok. would have just preferred the egg salad.

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce
I thought it was "ok". I would add palm sugar next time. Perhaps a little bit of shrimp paste. I had it with satay chicken over noodles. Sprinkled the cilantro over the noodles.
