Fresh Apricot Pie
This was really great! I was not sure what to expect because I have never made anything with apricots before. It made a nice tart pie, and it got great reviews from the family!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I love this recipe, it's makes a wonderful bread! It's very hard to make it last in my house, but the flavor really does come out after a day of letting it sit.

Strawberry Cake II
I have made this several times and everyone loves it! Make sure you are using unsweetened frozen strawberries. I have a feeling the way too sweet reviewers are using sweetened ones. I do not use the frosting with this recipe either. I use a cream cheese frosting from the BC cookbook.
