I work 40 plus hours and have a two hour drive time daily so food prep and cook is always challenging! Quick and easy, and anything I can get the whole family to sit down and eat though I LOVE a challenge. Recently looking into wild game as my b/f is an avid hunter and lover of all things "yuckie" to most. My mother was a professional chef and it is really hard to not be intimidated! I loved making her stuffed mushrooms every Christmas!
