Kung Pao Chicken
I made a few changes in the sauce.I doubled the sauce and I added 1 tsp Asian sweet chile sauce and a good pinch of hot red pepper flakes,1 1/2 Tblsp garlic,and I used cider vinegar. I added snowpeas and used cashews..I made this with cindi's egg rolls.Thank U for this recipe, it was very tasty..

Cindi's Egg Rolls
I coarse ground 3/4 lb.pork stir fry meat,added 1 tsp 5 spice to the meat and browned.More than enough meat.. I used a whole bag of coleslaw mix for cabbage and carrots,worked nicely. I used 6 garlic cloves minced and 2 Tblsp peanut oil in place of the olive oil and 1 tsp Hoison sauce..I omitted the cornstarch it didnt need it. These egg rolls flew off the platter. My SIL loved them ( thats saying something, he loves Chinese food.)Thank U Cindi!!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
I made this cake for the holidays and it was a big hit..Very moist.Not too sweet...I didnt change anything in the recipe..I will make it again..Very habit forming...
