I love to bake. Breads, cakes, cookies, desserts, and candies make my world go round.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We always have homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Thanksgiving and Christmas. It just doesn't feel like the holidays until we have sweet cinnamon rolls.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

Mom's Island Treasures
Reall, really good. I had to lower the temp. to 350 because the bottoms were getting too dark and the tops still raw. I added a little coconut extract and was very pleased with the results.

Caramel Bars
Really good - but they come out too thin in 9 X 13. Next time I will do them in a 9 X 9 to make them look like the picture.
