Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I made this 2 weeks ago for my daughter and family, pretty much followed the recipe and it was excellent. we had Rubin's your way everyone made their own with 2 kinds of bread ,rye and 5 grain,thousand island dressing from the dairy section, boars head deli mustard , grilled onions ,sourkraut with beer,swiss and provolone cheese. I had the big griddle ready and with 8 people it went very fast

Dennie's Fresh Lobster Salad

coming from Quincy ma. ,lobster salad w mayo to working in new haven ct. hot lobster rolls made with melted butter this seems the best of both worlds yes it is expensive that is why d.h had a steak. i will save up and have again Florida does not have a lot of maine lobster places i really loved it. thanks

Cheesy Baked Eggplant

made this for dinner tonight with baked pork chops. i;m trying to stay away from bread crumbs and fried .this was perfect i cut the cheese a little but would not hesitate to serve it to company

we had this for Easter brunch yesterday. it was moist and extremely tasty. i used 2 packages of doles frozen blueberries one and one half went in the cake the other half I put in the topping

Happy Shrimp

i had company coming yesterday with no time to shop. all the ingredients were in so made this for an appetizer. we were going out for dinner and my friends could not stop eating this it was great. just the right amount of sauce it was not messy thanks

Easy Steak Sandwich

coming from Quincy Ma i have been waiting to try this. I loved it. I used boars head roast beef shaved and it was so tender. 12 ounces made 3 hoagie rolls. thanks again for the dish and the memories

The Best Meatballs

great recipe the meatballs were so tender.i followed the directions used fresh cheese and bread crumbs. the butcher at publix ground up stew veal they had pork i doubled the recipe and made about 80 small meatballs for an appitizer and along with a small meat loaf i just stuffed sme shredded cheese in the center i baked the large meatballs and froze the rest .thanks for a great recipe
