Quick Cantonese Sauce
fairly close to what I make :) I would suggest trying corn or canola oil instead of olive oil, to me the olive oil added an off balance taste. For a little bit of an earthier tasting sauce try using just a tiny bit of sesame oil

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy
worked out great for thanksgiving. When reheating be sure to reheat it low and stir, I added a little extra turkey stock as I reheated, give or take 3 or 4 tablespoons.

Cioppino
Good stuff. I also did like the others and revised the order of which i cooked the shellfish. I added some wild rice for carbs also added some crushed red pepper for a nice kick. Threw in just a little tiny bit of lemon juice, lots of wine, no water, no salt, lots of fresh ground pepper. delicious! i personally think there was too much fat, even after i substituted olive oil for butter I think i will use less olive oil next time. Thanks!
