I get sick of ccoking the same thing over and over. When I try something different which, I do a lot, I tend to just make it as I go so, it never comes out the same way twice. Not a good idea...especially if your husband wants it again! So....RIGHT IT DOWN.

Coffee Flavored Liqueur I
this is the best recipe i've found for coffee liquor. i've made it several times now. it also makes great gifts, especially during the holidays.

Cuban Ropa Vieja
this was pretty gosh darn good. even though it sat in the fridge for a day and a half it was awesome reheated. i usually follow a recipe exactly the first time then the next time i will tweek it a bit and give it my own thing ya know? but i dont think i will be changing anything with this recipe.
