I made these cookies to take to a friend's house that had just had a baby. They received rave reviews and my friend wanted the recipe! After reading the reviews, I changed the recipe to be 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar to make a gooey center. I also put 3/4 cup choc chips and 3/4 butterscotch chips. Great recipe!!

Jalapeno-Blue Cheese Burgers

The taste of these burgers is really good!! I had the same problem as a lot of others, they didn't seem to hold together very well. It seemed like once the cheese starting melting, that the hamburger fell apart around that. I will try to add some egg to mine next time. Other than that, they were good!

Greek Chicken Pasta

I just made this pasta dish for dinner. The flavor was really good. I did add an additional clove of garlic, more feta and some basil. It seemed dry to me, but realized while looking this over, that I forgot the olive oil. Next time I will definitely try that and I'm sure I'll love it.

Firecracker Burgers

The burgers were good, but definitely not "firecracker". They were moist and it added a little extra flavor. I would definitely try jalapenos in place of the chilis.

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert

This dessert was pretty easy and very good! I made this in a 9x13 pan. Since I made it in a larger pan, I used 2 pound cakes. I took other reviewers advice and cut the cake in thin slices and made 2 layers. I did notice that the cake is a little soggy from the coffee, but it's not too bad. Overall, it turned out very well.

Very Easy Fruit Salad

This fruit salad was very easy! After reading some of the other reviews, I also added a can of mandarin oranges and did not cut up the grapes. I thought the peach pie filling added a nice glaze to the salad. I made it for a Mother's Day dinner I had at my house. Everyone loved it! It also made quite a bit, so there was plenty to go around.
