I developed my love of cooking from my mother. I never cooked in a restaurant until I bought a tavern a few years ago. Baptism by fire... I love to cook just about anything. Although I'm not particularly creative, I love the dicing, slicing and chopping. Sunday spaghetti dinners of course. Gravy simmered all day, meatballs, sausage and pork ribs, mmmm... I've been told that my meatloaf is awesome. Even a vegetarian loved it! My first St. Patrick's Day at the tavern, I made corned beef and cabbage. The beef was dry and tough.
