Byrdhouse Mushroom Barley Pilaf
Amazing. This somehow seems like a lost flavor from my youth, though I don't remember ever eating it before. My favorite way to eat barley now, and even my 2 1/2 year old asked me to make it again. A winner!

Spinach and Potato Frittata
This was great! I used frozen spinach and added some mushrooms. I liked this recipe because you can cook it on the stove rather than in the oven.

Scottish Shortbread IV
This was exactly what I was looking for... I made teaspoon sized cookies to serve with tea... delicious! And do be warned... though simple, they are addictive.
