Chicken Andouille Gumbo
I have lived all my life (45 years) down the bayou and I have eaten many, many different chicken gumbos. I have never tasted or even heard of putting tomatoes in a gumbo.

Gooey Butter Cookies
These are wonderful! I made mine with French Vanilla cake mix, Red Velvet cake mix (added 1 cup chopped pecans) and Chocolate cake mix (changed vanilla to almond flavoring). Delicious!!!

Cream Cheese Squares
Heavenly! It came out better than I expected. I was confused by the term "white suger" which I assumed meant powdered or confectioners sugar (as opposed to table or granulated sugar). I substituted the crescent rolls with a new Pillsbury product called Crescent Recipe Creations. Only other change is I omitted the cinnamon.
