Delicious Low Sugar Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch
Mmmm... my very own cake!
About this Cook
I'm almost 30 (yikes), married to the man of my dreams and have the 3 most beautiful children in the world!
My favorite things to cook
I love beef stew that has been slow cooked in a crock pot. Mmmm!!! Meat and potatoes, baby!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love Thanksgiving. My sisters, mother, and I all divide the dishes and bring our clans to one persons house. Some dishes are served warm or even cold that should be hot and some (like my little sister's infamous sweet potatoes) are served runny and gooey. But, I wouldn't have it any other way!
My cooking triumphs
I love catering for large crowds. Recently, my husband's company hosted a city-wide open house and I was the head chef. That was a blast!
My cooking tragedies
As a teenager, I once substituted mayonaise for the eggs (we were out) in a birthday cake I was making. That cake was a DISASTER and to this day, I can't live it down :-).

Pineapple Layer Cake
Decent, but probably won't make it again.

Creamy Strawberry Crepes
So easy, quick, delicious and filling! Just the way I love them in a restaurant! I'll definitely be making this recipe again. I didn't add the butter to the crepes and they were perfect! I might, however, double the crepe portion of the recipe since there was so much filling. :)

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
Wonderful bird! I doubled the spices like I had read on other reviews... it was a bit overwhelming, but still SUPER delicious. Next time, I won't double the spices... I'll make it just as it is called for. Still a 5 out of 5 star rating!
