Me and my family
About this Cook
I'm a stay at home Mom with two boys, 6 and 5. It's definitely stressful at times but I wouldn't change it for the world. I've just become a vegetarian with one meat eating hubby and 2 meat eating little men, cooking has become a challenge, but I love a challenge.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake anything but cookies, something about me and cookies, it just never seems to work out for me, EVER! I enjoy decorating cakes and my dream is to open a bakery someday. I love mexican food, but I'm still trying to learn how to make it better then average.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Me and my family are very close, so we always get together at least a couple of times a month and cook enough food for an army, and we're a family of women who admittedly are dainty eaters.
My cooking triumphs
I think my cooking triumphs are all in baking and cake decorating, hopefully I'll get better at cooking in general.
My cooking tragedies
I haven't had any real tragedies, unless I'm trying to bake cookies, which I honestly don't try anymore I've learned my lesson.

Fry Bread Tacos II
LOVE these! My kids are both super picky eaters and the just love the fry bread. I have to make a double recipe just for 4 of us, delicious.

Famous Butter Chicken
The chicken was very moist, but that was the only good thing about it. The flavor was too sweet, or salty, or something was just off with the flavor. I really just didn't like it, and neither did my kids, I don't think I will make this again.

Cream Puff Cake
I made this for a family get together and everyone loved it. It was also really easy to make. I'll definitely make this again.
