Married with two children, boy and girl, ages 11 and 7 respectively and recently back to work full-time. I love to cook Pasta, Christmas cooking is a favourite and trying new things. With kids at home, you can be sure there are many favourite cookie recipes that are made on a regular basis. Christmas cookies with my children is a tradition we have established in our house. Our favourites include Santa's Whiskers, Roly Poly Santas, Coconut Macaroons, Old Fashioned Shortbread and many more. Apple of Your Eye Cheesecake is a great recipe that is always requested. Not too many, other than making a pumpkin pie years ago and forgetting to add sugar!
