Stewed Squash
I had been looking for a recipe that used both yellow squash and zucchini when I came across this one to use as a base. I did change some things. I used 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes instead of water, 4 slices of bacon(precooked and crumbled), 2 yellow squash and 2 zucchini along with 1 chopped onion and seasonings. I cooked it all together in a skillet for about 10 minutes. The dish was a little warm to the taste, but overall pretty good. I might try mild rotel next time. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
My dish turned out pretty good. I did make a few changes. Instead of cloves of garlic, I used chicken broth with garlic. Also, I added some garlic salt and 3 pieces of baked chicken breasts, chopped. For more moisture, mix some of the chicken broth with half and half like someone suggested. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Million-Dollar Pound Cake
My cake was very good. It had great texture, fine and moist. I topped the cake with cream cheese frosting. Could use it with a variety of different toppings. Will use again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
