BBQ Dry Rub
Amazing! I made this awhile ago but hadn't had a chance to use it until last night when I put it on some pork sirloin chops. Unbelievable! Delicious! ETA: Try adding some crushed red pepper and chipotle chili powder to help step up that heat a tiny bit more. And if you can get smoke paprika, it is even better.

Grilled Corn on the Cob
I was not a fan. We usually just run water over the corn so water collects in the husk, wrap it in foil and grill it. We add the salt pepper and butter afterwards. Doing it the way it says in the recipe just made the husks soggy (Which we usually hold onto to eat the corn) and we had to add extra butter, salt and pepper anyways.

Famous Pork Chops
We loved it! It was simple and delicious. We didn't use any butter, but just sprayed it all with butter cooking spray. It kept them moist and cut down calories/fat and they didn't get super soggy. I made them last week and I am making them again tonight.
