I am the mother of 3 energetic boys and a newborn daughter who keep me hopping and after 10 years of teaching high school history, I am staying home with them full time. I love to cook and am blessed to have a husband that enjoys my adventurous cooking spirit! I love to bake and so I am always on the lookout for new desserts. Our church, my sons' school, and friends and family are often my guniea pigs. I also took a cooking class on risotto recently, so I am enjoying the various ways to make that. I love making all the cookies at Christmas time and having our house smell so wonderful for a month's worth of baking. I love my soufle and it always turns out quite well. I can't make a quiche for the life of me! No matter what I do, it rarely turns out... :(
