About this Cook
I'm 22 years old and just graduated college with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. My boyfriend and I bought a house in November 2005, and since we've been on our own I've been trying my hardest to start cooking actual meals! I'm getting better...slowly!
My favorite things to cook
I love my crockpot--I've found some great recipes on here for that! I enjoy cooking just about anything, and I'm always up for something new.
My cooking tragedies
I made a recipe in my crockpot which sounded SO good...Shrimp and Rice Casserole. However, it turned out to be the worst thing I've ever smelled or tasted. The shrimp turned into mush and my kitchen smelled awful for 2 weeks! Yuck!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
This was one of the best chicken recipes I've ever made! I doubled all of the ingredients so I could have extra dipping sauce and it was amazing! We turned the chicken about every 4 minutes (for 20 minutes) and it grilled perfectly. We served it with tinfoil packet of mushrooms, onions, peppers, and zucchini/summersquash. I will definitely make again!!

Key West Chicken
Excellent flavor and very easy to make! I will definitely be making this again. I also cut down on the soy sauce and added a little more honey like some other reviewers recommended. Delicious!

Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Bars
I agree that these are best when they are REALLY cool. I preferred mine the next day as well. They are delicious and were a huge hit with my guests. Took longer to prepare than I had expected, but definitely worth it! I'll make these again.
