Slow-Cooked Chili
This was tasty and super easy to make. I cooked it on the stovetop but I would try it next time in a slow cooker. It tasted really good on tortilla chips.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I
This was really good. I used chow mein noodles instead of ramen, almonds instead of cashews, and less oil.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie
My family loves these cookies. I make them with 1/2 c. applesauce and 1/4 c. oil to make them healthier. The cookies are very heavy, almost like a muffin. I now have a recipe to use up ripe bananas that isn't a cake.
